"Menu can be a little hit or miss"
I stopped in because I was really craving the breadsticks, and that’s the main reason I went, so I don’t think I was being picky. But my store didn’t have them again, which was disappointing. The menu is fine overall, but it feels a little hit or miss depending on what they actually have available.

"Hours weren’t no help online"
The website said the store was open, but when I got there it was closed. Wasn’t no fun wasting the trip like that. They really need to keep the hours updated better.

"Order was messed up"
I ordered 2 pizzas and some wings, but the pizzas showed up with the wrong toppings and the wings were just missing completely. The receipt had everything right, so I dont know how it got mixed up. We ended up eating it anyway because everyone was starving, but it was frustrating.

"Customer service really needs work"
I had an issue with my order and figured it would be a simple fix, but getting help was way more frustrating than it should’ve been.
I kept getting passed from one person to another, and it felt like nobody really wanted to take responsibility or actually solve the problem. I don’t think any customer wants to wait around that long just to get basic answers.
I do like the food sometimes, but this experience left a bad taste. If this is how support usually goes, I can see why other customers would think twice before ordering from marcos.com again.

"Coupon code disappeared at checkout"
I tried using the coupon code twice, and both times it just disappeared right before I went to pay. Frustrating, especially since this feels like a preventable checkout issue.

"Way Too Slow"
Ordered through marcos.com. Delivery said 35–45 minutes, which felt fine. Then nothing. No call, no update, just waiting. It finally showed up almost 2 hours later, and the food was barely warm by then. I know places get busy, it happens. But this was rough. Definitely not ordering delivery from them again.

"Decent, But Nothing I’d Go Out of My Way For"
I ordered the pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread, and overall it was okay. The taste was fine, but a little bland, and the crust felt kind of dry. This is where it got annoying, it wasn’t actually bad enough to complain about, but it also wasn’t good enough to be excited about. Just a average meal that didn’t really stand out.

"Different Store, Different Disaster"
I’ve grabbed Marco’s a few times while traveling, it’s like playing pizza roulette. One location is fine, then the next one is serving up the Undercooked Special with a side of Missing Toppings Mystery. Same menu, totally different results. At this point, it’s hard to trust any location because you never know if you’re getting dinner or another episode of Guess What They Forgot.

"I’m not sure what happened, but my rewards..."
I’m not sure what happened, but my rewards points randomly vanished when I went to use them. I had been saving them up for a while, mostly because I always forget to check the app unless I’m already sitting on the couch ordering something. I contacted support thinking it would be a quick fix, but they didn’t really resolve anything. Frustrating, honestly.

"Ordering by Phone Was an Absolute Ordeal"
I tried placing my pizza order over the phone it turned into way more drama than it needed to be. I got put on hold twice, the staff sounded like they were racing against the clock, and after all that, they still managed to mess up my pizza. It was such a headache. I’m definitely not putting myself through that again.

"Payment kept messing up"
I tried ordering through marcos.com and the payment page kept failing over and over. At one point it even looked like my card got charged, but no order actually went through, which was ridiculous. I had to stop, check my bank, and then start the whole order again. it was way too much hassle when all I wanted was pizza.

"Better for takeout than eating in"
The pizza was alright, nothing amazing but fine. The dine-in area was the real issue for me. It felt kind of dull and not that clean, and the tables were sticky, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the food. The staff seemed busy, so I’m not really blaming them, but whoever runs this should probably put more effort into making the place feel comfortable for people who actually want to sit down and eat. Next time I’d just grab it to go.

"Allergy info could be a lot clearer"
I ordered from Marco’s and asked about allergens, and the staff did try to be helpful, which I appreciated. But i was a little disappointed with how limited the info online was. The gluten-free crust is a nice option, but I was still worried about cross-contact. It ended up being okay, but I really wish everything was explained more clearly.

"Pickup turned into a hassle"
I ordered on marcos.com around dinner time and it said my pizza would be ready in about 20 minutes. I showed up when it was supposed to be done, but no one really seemed to know where my order was. I ended up standing there for another 25 minutes, watching people who came in after me get their food first. By the time I finally got my pizza and left, it was barely warm. After dealing with all that, I don’t think I’ll bother with pickup here again

"Bad timing and a messy store"
I stopped in for pizza and the pizza was fine, but the place looked rough. The tables still had crumbs on them, the floor was sticky, and the trash was already overflowing. It was especially annoying because I came in right when I was in a hurry and just wanted a quick, decent meal, so dealing with a dirty dining area was not great timing. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected it to be cleaner.

The checkout itself went through without any issues, but the confirmation email showed up later than I expected. i kind of figured that would happen because these things always seem slow for me, and this pretty much confirmed it. Still, the order did go through, so it was fine overall.
